Service Description: This is a map service created by VHB, based on a map package provided by NCDOT. The original map package contained the NCDOT Plan Review Map used for reviewing sampling plans for PADT factor updates. Some layers in the original map package were linked to NCDOT web mapping services; these have been replaced with static versions of the NCDOT data for publication. NCDOT data was last updated September 2019.
